At C. S. Environmental, we are always striving to obtain reliable cost effective freight carriers.  Savings obtained from freight costs will be passed on to the customer where possible. 

We maintain an inventory of products ready to be shipped to you at any time, although some products are manufactured upon order, at which point we will notify you by telephone or email. We usually send shipments out twice per week. Shipments could take 5-7 business days to deliver once the item has been picked up, but quite often it is faster. Upon confirmation of your order, you will be notified of your shipment's expected departure date.

Shipping times are estimated, but not guaranteed. We are not responsible in any way for delays that may occur before or during the shipping process.

  

If there is any damage to the packaging when the item arrives, please note this on the Way Bill BEFORE you sign for it.

  

Any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process must be reported immediately to make a claim for repair, replacement or return of the item. Contact us for information on how to deal with shipments that you suspect are damaged due to shipping.

  

We reserve the right to repair or replace any item damaged in shipping at our discretion.

If a loading dock is not available, a tail-gate delivery will be needed (extra charges apply). Freight items will be lowered to ground level and placed on your property. However, due to insurance restrictions placed on the freight company, as a policy they do not deliver the item further than 2 meters from the truck. You will be responsible for any movement of the item beyond that point.  If there is no loading dock and a tail-gate delivery is not purchased, customer will be responsible for unloading product from the truck. 

  

Returns may be subject to a 35% restocking fee + shipping.
